Shipping and returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.

In the stages where customs payment is required, if this payment is not made, it will be solicited. In the event of non-payment, the goods will be returned to our office and the return costs will be requested by our company lawyer.


The shipment will take place between 2 to 7 working days from receipt of payment. Any delays will be reported.

Shipping is by express courier, for confirmation we will send an email containing the tracking code for tracking the package.

All orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday by express courier, to your address provided at checkout, unless contraindications are reported in time.

The customer must ensure that the latter is always updated and complete with a telephone number, preferably a mobile phone.

In the event of an incorrect address or non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the return will be made at the expense of the buyer.

The courier for delivery takes 24/48 hours throughout Italy and for Europe and the rest of the world, depending on the country and destination, from Monday to Friday.

We are not responsible for any delay by the express courier: strikes, riots, natural disasters, etc.

In case of non-collection of the Products by the Customer at the time of delivery by the courier, the order will be re-delivered the next working day. In the case of a second withdrawal mandate, the Order will be automatically canceled and OLAYA SRL will refund the Customer the value of the Order, except for the delivery and storage costs which will be borne by the Customer.


In the event that THE STIPULATION OF A PURCHASE CONTRACT takes place outside the business premises, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree n ° 185 of 22.05.1999.

In accordance with Legislative Decree 22.5.1999, n. 185, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, within 14 working days for the goods from the day of their receipt, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The withdrawal must be expressed by sending, within the aforementioned period of 14 days, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Within the aforementioned period of 14 days, all purchased goods must be returned to the sender-supplier intact and in their original packaging and any manuals, without any lack. The return costs will be borne by the consumer himself. The products can be returned only if they have not been used or tested or in any case not in a condition of sale. In no case will be accepted products with tampering, with faults, lacking the accessories supplied. The right of withdrawal is not valid for all those who cannot be considered consumers by Italian law. Without prejudice to the fulfillment of the above, we will refund the amount paid by the consumer within 3 days from the date of return of the goods by the customer. If this amount has been paid by PAYPAL, we will transfer the amount directly to the account of the issuer of the payment, otherwise it will be the buyer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN code and account holder) . Clarifications: - the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; - the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...); - the law does not apply to all products related to personal care by law, the shipping costs are charged to the customer; - Tracked shipment, up to receipt

of the goods to our headquarters, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; - in case of damage to the goods during the return transport, we will notify the buyer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured). We are not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured and tracked shipments. In case Upon arrival at our office, the product will be examined to assess any damage and / or tampering not caused by transport.

OLAYA SRL is not responsible for any damage caused during the return shipment of goods by the customer to its warehouse.

ATTENTION: in case the package arrives visibly tampered with, damaged or wet, it is your OBLIGATION to sign with RESERVE or REFUSE it to be covered by the same insurance.

OLAYA SRL will not be liable otherwise. From receipt of the package up to 7 days, the customer can claim any anomalies found in his order. After these days, OLAYA SRL will not be responsible.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products sold by OLAYA SRL, if the same has specifically ordered the product requested by the customer. Shipping costs ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

To whom it applies:

To natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity.

Purchases made by resellers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
